RECRUITMENT

When rushing our Fraternity, you will not be known as a pledge but instead, an associate member that holds the same rights as all initiated members including attending meetings, having voting rights and, the ability to hold a position.  We started using the term associate member in 1970 when we abolished hazing.  Our membership is different from all other fraternities and through this, our process builds you up and allows you to become a better man.
